Yes! All appointments are completed virtually. Appointments, billing, and scheduling will all take place in a secure, HIPAA complaint platform. Once we are ready to work together, a link to set up your account will be emailed to you.
CAN I SEE YOU VIRTUALLY?
CAN I WORK WITH NILA 1:1?
Nila can only work 1:1 for medical nutrition therapy appointments with those that live in a state she is licensed, and/or a state that does not require a state dietitian license. At this time, Nila can work 1:1 with clients living in the following states:

If you don't see your state above please email Nila because she is expanding her licensure all the time and the list above may not be up-to-date.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Unfortunately no, at this time I do not accept insurance. I can provide a superbill by request.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Forms of payment accepted include: credit cards, debit cards, health savings account (HSA) cards, and Paypal. You are responsible for payment in full at the time of your appointment. If registered for The SCD Solution program you have the option to pay in full or a payment plan. Please see The SCD Solution program policies for additional details.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Communicate through Better - the secure, HIPAA complaint platform used for appointments and scheduling. I understand emergencies - if an emergency or illness prevents you from being able to attend the scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice - effort will be made to reschedule.

DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH MY GASTROENTEROLOGIST?
Yes! In fact, I only work with clients who are currently under the care of a gastroenterologist. Coordinating care with your provider is extremely important to me. A release of information (ROI) must be signed as part of your intake paperwork before we start working together so I can share documentation of nutrition appointments with them.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS OR A SLIDING SCALE?
I do offer discounts to clients with Medicaid insurance coverage. There are a limited number of these slots available. Please email me at email@example.com to learn more.
